فرهاد اصلانی (زادهٔ ۱۸ خرداد ۱۳۴۵) بازیگر اهل ایران است. او در سال ۱۳۹۰ برای بازی در زندگی خصوصی و خرس برندهٔ سیمرغ بلورین بهترین بازیگر نقش اول مرد جشنواره فیلم فجر شد. همچنین برای بازی در دختر (۱۳۹۴) مورد تحسین قرار گرفت.
